Order Cancellations and Changes Policy:
CobblerSupplies works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed,
it cannot be canceled or changed in any way. This includes changes to the payment method, shipping information or
items in the order. In the unlikely event that CobblerSupplies is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive an email
notice and your original form of payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
CobblerSupplies return policy allows for products purchased directly from CobblerSupplies
and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 30 day period following date of shipment by CobblerSupplies for a refund of purchase price actually paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. The return instructions may be obtained by contacting CobblerSupplies Customer Support via the eBay Message Center (for eBay purchases). Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to CobblerSupplies Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to CobblerSupplies (i) without requesting a return instruction and approval from CobblerSupplies or (ii) beyond the 30 period, or (iii) without proper packaging, CobblerSupplies retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to eight weeks for CobblerSupplies to credit your account. Attention INTERNATIONAL Buyers: For all international buyers, we're not responsible for any international customs fees or duties of the destination Country. Refuse of the package will lead to buyers $ 20% of the total price loss as shipping, insurance, and return delivery charges.
